Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to avoid cancellation fees. 

100% of the scheduled service will be charged for same day cancellations and no-shows. However, we know emergencies are real, so please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees. 

*All bookings must have a credit card on file in order to guarantee your appointment. But rest your heart, your information is safe with us! We do not sell or share your information to third parties. Cancellation Policy:

Last-Minute Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To help us serve all our clients effectively, please note our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of service booked.

Why This Policy Matters:

When you schedule an appointment, your stylist reserves that time specifically for you, turning away other potential clients. Last-minute cancellations directly impact your stylist’s livelihood:

    • Your appointment slot represents income your stylist depends on to support thems

Latecomer Policy

Our grace period ends 15 min after your scheduled appointment. You may need to reschedule and run the risk of late cancellation fees, so please be sure to arrive on your scheduled appointment time. 

Re-work Policy 

We aim to please, so contact us immediately for your complimentary rework service if you are not satisfied with your results. All adjustments will be honored within 7 days of your scheduled appointment. 

Any adjustments made at home or at another salon will immediately invalidate our complimentary rework service.

Refunds are not available under any circumstance, however, we promise to do our best in making you a happy customer. 

Health & Safety Policy

Please remain home if you are experiencing symptoms or have been diagnosed with a contagious disease. Safety is our priority, so make sure you are feeling better before rescheduling. 

Faulty Product Policy

If a product is broken or damaged, we will exchange it. However, refunds will not be available.
